Method

  1. Mix flour, salt, crushed black pepper and 2 tablespoons ghee or fat until it becomes flaky.
  2. Make this mixture into a stiff dough with the water.
  3. Roll the dough flat until 6mm thick.
  4. Cut this dough into oblong pieces and fry in deep fat on a low heat until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot or cold as a snack.
